April 10th, 1948 Hon. J. S. Neill, C.M.G., Dear Sir, I enclose herewith an extract from a letter which I have just received from Mr. Patrick Judge of Gooseberry, Cape Shore, Placentia Bay. I may say that Judge is a very dependable man who I feel certain would not report as he has done without being sure of what he is talking about.
