Richie,

I think it was a collaborative, though somewhat adversarial, TIGHAR effort. Jeff N. chose the images. Gary L. wrote the lyrics. (The singer added the Half an hour later her SOS was heard over Gary's strenuous objection.)

I heard that Jeff wanted to write the lyrics in the worst way, but the producer nixed the idea. Couldn't figure a way to fit a 9,763-word song into five minutes. The technical director, a fellow named Bob, sat quietly by. He considered offering some advice, but decided against it. (Had to finish calculating the probability that the video venture might succeed.)

yes jeff it is a plane flying over, but notice the shape then look at the object to right of shipwreck more a less the same shape

i think it's safe to say there is no plane in any of the photo's of the reef

over the last couple years i have posted possible targets, but Ric as assured an give me simple explanations for them :)

But you never know, look how long it took for Nessie to get in the spot light
