I'm a T2. Says so under my name. Whats this mean, anyway?

I have two stars. I seen one guy has 5. Can I buy them?

Some guys have a TIGHAR logo under their name. I am a TIGHAR member at the Researcher level. Thats a hefty chunk of change! Can I have a logo next to my name, too?
