I've moved this topic to the Earhart Forum because it is a serious proposal.

I understand that the sub-title of that Forum is about the Niku Hypothesis and that this suggestion does not affect that directly.  But it is a better fit than the Chatterbox, which should be a place that people can safely ignore if they want to.
