Problems with the migration to a new server -- Forum offline

My apologies for the delay in getting the Forum transferred to the new TIGHAR server.

There have been many difficulties.

Updating the Forum.

Hacking out lines of code offensive to PHP 8.

Reconfiguring the system from my localhost sandbox to the production site. 

Many other little bumps in the road that I have dealt with and dropped into the dustbin of history.
