I usually find these wilder theories entertaining, this one ties together the loss of the Hawaii Clipper with the Earhart Japanese capture theory. It at least sounds like a nice vacation for those willing to buy tickets to attend

For a hundred bucks you don't get to go. You get inside news reports and a patch. They say they are going to do an archaeological excavation of the mass grave (if it exists and if they can find it). I wonder if they know they need a permit to do archaeology on Chuuk? They do not have an archaeologist on their team. This looks like primarily a film-making venture.

It’s always some retired government agent, as if that lends credibility. Elliott Ness would have been a poor choice to investigate her disappearance in 1937, and would be an even poorer choice now.
