Update Delayed; TIGHAR HQ Without Power

I've copied the following from Pat at TIGHAR HQS, Oxford, PA via Facebook:

"I probably will not be able to put anything up on the website today. Violent t-storms ripped through here yesterday evening and we are still without power. I will put something brief here on Facebook and a full report when the power is back on."

Storms were bad here in Northern VA also.

I'm guessing the power is still out. Chester County (Oxford) PA got smacked pretty good according to their local news. Several major transmission towers down. I think Pat's cell phone has probably died by not (another guess).
