This is a pencil drawing of what I found but in a rusted condition. I drew it as I thought it had origionally looked. They were the ends of two metal bands with a threaded bolt and nut.
I also included a drawing of what I believe the piece would havve been used for, e.g. a drum of gas or to secure some other heavy object.
