Ric: This photo shows the Electra in the hangar at Wheeler Field probably later in the day after Earhart's early morning arrival on March 18. An Army mechanic is doing maintenance on the right engine. They haven't yet pulled the props and sent the hubs over to the depot to be rebuilt.
