Another route to the advanced search dialogue

I normally have my personal information area closed, so I don't see the simple search box that is available from that part of the page:



The "+" (plus sign) at the end of the line with my name on it is what is used to open up the personal information field.  After clicking on it, it turns into a "-" (minus sign), which shows that it can be clicked to close up that part of the page.

When the personal information field is open, clicking on the magnifying glass to the left of the simple search field will take you to the Advanced Search form.
