Stolen C-130 in the English Channel?

Seems a drunk USAF Sargeant stole a C-130 and crashed it into the English Channel back in the 60s. Never heard this story. But apparently, some Brits are looking for it...

We came across this loss while researching the Glenn Miller disappearance. It's actually the only U.S. aircraft missing and presumed in the Channel since the end of WWII.
