Russian ship Neva lost 1813
« on: March 02, 2017, 09:06:59 PM »

Here's an interesting article about the wreck of the Russian ship 'Neva' in 1813 from the Capital City Weekly in Juneau AK, and the archaeological search for the wreckage and artifacts.  This seems to me to be very much like TIGHAR's search for AE and NR16020.  What's really interesting is that the relics were found not where they thought they'd be, but someplace unexpected, "She's not in the ocean, she's in the tree!"  Who knows what Niku IX may find, or where?  Can't wait to hear.
