Title: Sobering up the user interface
Post by: Martin X. Moleski, SJ on May 28, 2009, 08:08:04 AM
I don't like having a row of smileys acting like students in class while I'm composing posts.

I'm going to turn off the animated smileys.

If you know of some non-animated smileys that you NEED to express
yourself, let us know.

I've also gotten rid of the moving text button.  Who thought that was
a great idea?   :-[

OK.  I still have the row of smileys staring at me, but now they're easier to ignore.

There should be a way for users to select smiley sets (I think).  Haven't found
the key to that part of the kingdom yet.    :P

Here is how you get to pick your own default smiley set.

Extra sets can be added if you come across a nicer version.
