It looks to me as though planning for it is a bit behind schedule:

Dates promised by 1 January 2011: (http://tighar.org/Projects/Histpres/courses/courseshome.htm) "The 2011 Field School will be held in late July or early August. Pre-registering now will give you the chance to help select the actual dates by indicating your preference when you sign up."
