Is this marine environment comparable in any way to that at Niku?

That's been a question of mine, also, Karen. Those pictures of the Catalina are good and show what it looks like after almost the same time period as the Electra would be subjected to. As someone has noted before, there are several variables affecting the depositing of coral and corrosion on a metal surface in the ocean, one of them being depth. I hope someone can answer and perhaps relate the amount of corrosion to depth, and determine how deep we need to go to find the plane.
