Title: MIA Search/HD Underwater Wreckage Video & Photos
Post by: Rob Seasock on November 12, 2014, 06:47:44 PM
Article has several links to HD quality underwater WWII crash site video & photos along with current unmanned and diver-held search technology.  The state of preservation of the crash landed Corsair skin is incredible,  the downed Avenger not so much (spun in with a wing shot off).

Ric I wonder if the Navigator diver-held sonar would assist on the next expedition reef search as seen in the Go-Pro video link.  The University of Delaware was involved in this project as well.

Ran across this on the NOAA site today.  Hope the Electra looks this good.
