Marty, when I click on the link to the Tighar Tracks referenced above, the Search page appears and indicates the file cannot be found. Is that issue still available as I'd like to read the Project Midnight Ghost Summary?

That volume seems to be missing from the website entirely.
I don't know how or why.

Marty, I finally found my copy of this issue, scanned a pdf version and unsuccessfully attempted to attach it in a post. The 4,716 kb size must be too big. If you or anyone else is interested I'd be happy to email the pdf copy.
