Title: The Despicable Establishment Protectorate
Post by: Ric Gillespie on November 05, 2016, 08:55:39 AM
Mike Campbell, author of Amelia Earhart - The Truth At Last believes:
"Nearly everything the American public has seen, read and heard in the media for nearly 80 years about the so-called Amelia Earhart mystery is intentionally false or inadvertently misleading. The widely accepted myth that the disappearance of Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan during their ill-fated world-flight attempt in July 1937 is among the greatest aviation mysteries of the 20th century is an abject lie, the result of decades of government propaganda that continues unabated to this day."

He recently published a timeline of significant Earhart-related events.  In the introduction he writes:
"The reason for this Earhart timeline is simple: I want to make it as easy as possible for readers to understand the Earhart saga in real terms by offering them a guide to the true history of Earhart research, not the fabricated crap that TIGHAR, Elgen Long and all the rest of the despicable establishment protectorate have shoved down our throats for so long, distorting the facts and misleading all but the well informed."

We are so flattered by Mike's epithet that several members of the TIGHAR Board of Directors have asked that we memorialize it on a limited-edition T-shirt.  The artwork, reproduced below, features the ultimate conspiracy allegation against a background of Nikumaroro with a humerus and a radius bone on a "despicable yellow" shirt.  We don't have a final price yet, but they'll be appropriately dirt cheap.  They're too silly to put in the TIGHAR Store but if you'd like one just drop me an email at ric@tighar.org with your size and I'll let you know when we have a price.
