Title: Ameliapedia version upgrade, mobile accessibility

I've spent an anxious few hours hunched over the keyboard, updating the Ameliapedia  (http://tighar.org/wiki/Ameliapedia)from Mediawiki 1.23 to 1.26.


One great advantage of crossing this divide is that there is a new system available to make the Ameliapedia (http://tighar.org/wiki/Ameliapedia) more legible on mobile devices.


Please let me know if you see anything that is broken.

I quickly skimmed three pages. It is excellent for a phone. Way better than before. Thank you.

The heavy lifting, as always, was done by the folks who created Mediawiki in the first place.
All I had to do was to follow instructions carefully.  :)
