Minn. man still captivated by search for Earhart
Kenton Spading of Como, Minn., has participated on several expeditions with the International Group for Historic Aircraft Recovery; he wasn't surprised when the group reported parts of Amelia Earhart's Lockheed Electra 10E may have been found. Expeditions have become more expensive, sometimes requiring volunteers to foot the bill, but Spalding says for him, it's the excitement of pursuit that keeps the search going.
