We have chosen to set up the Forum as a secure installation in order to meet security requirements for our credit card company.
Internet Explorer objects to mixing secure and insecure information on the same page. The "insecure elements" to which it objects are .css style sheets. It is not a real security risk.
You can configure Internet Explorer to stop complaining.
Click on the Tools menu/Internet Options

Click on the Security tab, then Trusted sites

Click on the Site button

Add *://tighar.org/* to the trusted sites list
This formula covers all pages on the site, whether served by http or https. Type the formula into the text field, then click Add.

Close the Trusted sites popup

Click on the Custom level... button

Scroll down and change Display mixed content from "Prompt" to "Enable"

Click OK to save the change

Click on the Internet icon, then on the Custom level... button

Scroll down and change Display mixed content from "Prompt" to "Enable,"
then click OK.
