As a special thanks for each donation, everyone who contributes will receive a copy of the Devastator Project DVD. Produced from professional video shot during TIGHAR’s 2004 Jaluit Survey, the DVD features four segments:
- World War II Relics of Jaluit – an overview of the project.
- TBD-1 Bu. No. 0298 – a detailed inspection of the shallower of the two Devastators in Jaluit lagoon.
- TBD-1 Bu. No. 1515 – a detailed inspection of the deep aircraft being considered for recovery.
- Kawanishi H8K – a detailed inspection of the giant Japanese “Emily” flying boat in Jaluit lagoon.
These segments contain the most spectacular underwater footage we have ever seen of intact historic aircraft.
